Shruti advises organisations on building high-impact senior leadership teams across the Consumer and Healthcare sectors. She partners with multinational corporations, high-growth ventures, and leading Indian business houses on CXO and critical leadership mandates.

A Commerce graduate from Delhi University, Shruti brings over two decades of experience in executive search. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, she spent a decade with a leading executive search firm specialising in the Consumer and Media sectors. She is known for her strong market insight, ability to navigate complex mandates and delivering tailored solutions to critical human capital challenges, with a particular strength in building enduring client relationships and trusted partnerships at the C-suite level.

Shruti has led over 100 senior leadership mandates in the consumer space, including multiple CXO searches. She has advised organisations across different stages of growth, including building leadership teams from the ground up and is currently leading the expansion of the Healthcare practice.

She actively participates in industry forums and supports community and non-profit initiatives, particularly those focused on animal welfare and the care of strays.

Based in Delhi, Shruti enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines, reading and watching world cinema.
