Sujitha leads the Industrial practice and specialises in leadership hiring across the sector, including Chemicals, Paints, Lubricants, Agri, Cement, Plastics, Rubber, Packaging, Industrial / Capital Equipments, Plant and Machinery and Engineering Products and Consumables. 

She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from VTU University and an MBA from Alliance Business Academy, Bangalore. Sujitha began her career at ABC Consultants as a Researcher and has since progressed to lead the Industrial Practice as Business Head.

Sujitha has successfully led several high-impact mandates, including MD and CEO appointments for both Indian and global organisations. She also established the Chemicals and Allied segment from the ground up, significantly strengthening the firm’s presence in this domain.

She is based in Mumbai, is an avid movie lover and enjoys discovering new cuisines in her free time.
