Suvrajit specialises in executive search and talent acquisition for the Metals, Minerals and Mining sectors across India, handling business development, key account management and execution of senior and critical mandates for multinational and Indian clients.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, he worked as Regional Head with Utkarsh Placement for five years and also spent two years with Siemens Ltd.

In over 15 years with the firm, Suvrajit has executed several critical, niche and senior-level mandates, building a strong industry network and deep engagement with leadership talent across the sector. He is deeply passionate about recruitment and values the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to careers.

He is actively involved with NGOs, with a focus on supporting orphanages and old age homes.

Based in Kolkata, Suvrajit enjoys travelling and frequently explores destinations across India and overseas.
