With over 18 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in hiring for critical leadership roles across organisations at various stages of growth from early-stage ventures to scaled enterprises.

She views every mandate as a unique challenge and her approach is structured and insight-led, combining market intelligence with a deep understanding of client needs to ensure effective and thoughtful execution.

Tejaswita contributes to animal welfare by supporting CUPA and caring for stray cats in her community. She also supports initiatives focused on education for visually impaired children.

Based in Bengaluru, she is a fitness enthusiast, an avid reader and pursues creative interests in fashion design and professional makeup artistry. She is also a leadership coach, supporting professionals in career development, growth and transitions.
