Yamini brings over 22 years of deep expertise in the search and selection industry, with a sharp focus on the Automotive, Auto Component and Machine Tool sectors. At ABC Consultants, where she has spent over a decade, she has successfully executed critical and complex leadership mandates for large Indian conglomerates as well as multinational corporations.

Yamini holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from INDSEARCH Institute, affiliated to Pune University.Her work spans the customer-interfacing spectrum at the C-suite level including encompassing Corporate Strategy, Plant Operations, and R&D.

Prior to ABC Consultants, Yamini led the Talent Acquisition function at Calsoft, where she specialised in hiring for emerging technology domains including Cloud Computing, Virtualisation, Security, and IoT. Earlier, her association with Ma Foi Randstad’s EMPI vertical gave her broad exposure to a diverse client base from early-stage startups to greenfield MNC setups across India, shaping her ability to navigate varied organisational contexts and hiring complexities with equal ease.
