Upasana is a executive search and leadership hiring professional with 25 years of experience across multiple sectors – Financial Services, Professional Services, Education, Digital, Technology, Offshoring, Airports and Infrastructure. Prior to ABC Consultants, Upasana was Partner and Practice Head at Amrop – a global Leadership Advisory and Executive Search firm. She also spent over 8 years at Deloitte Consulting in several strategic client facing and talent roles for the US entity in India as well as the India business.

Upasana’s body of work encompasses global expatriate searches, team build ups, domain- specific local and international appointments for C-suite roles, Board constructs and compensation studies. She has worked with a broad spectrum of conglomerates and MNC clients.

A post graduate from the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Upasana serves on the governing body of Reach Foundation- founded by Global Reach. She is also on the National Committee of Australian Alumni Association in India, is the Chair of AAA Mumbai and is an Advisor to Vishuddhi, a not for profit organisation.

Kevin heads the Insurance, NBFC, HFC, SFB, MFI and Wholesale/Corporate Banking practice at ABC Consultants. He spent over 19 years in the corporate world where he led large teams with P&L responsibility. Kevin worked with MNC companies like Bharat Shell, Max New York Life, Bharti AXA Life, AVIVA to name a few.

Kevin began his career in Executive Search in 2020 when he set up the Insurance practice in his previous stint at a boutique staffing company. His strength lies in his strong understanding of the Retail landscape and his excellent connects across senior industry folks. After joining ABC Consultants in May 2022 and within a short span of time, Kevin has helped many organisations in sprucing up their senior leadership talent across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance & Secretarial, Audit, IT, Sales, Strategy & Transformation, Actuarial, Product, Treasury, Credit and Underwriting, Operations, Investments.

Kevin is a Commerce graduate and has a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University. He is NLP certified and likes reading Books.

Rohan has over 18 years of work experience, with 8+ years in the recruitment industry. He has been with ABC since 2022 and leads leadership hiring for several large Key Banking relationships.

He along with a team of Sr. Consultants who are experts in leadership hiring has run search mandates across Banking, Digital, Technology & Analytics domains including build – outs on AI for Banks initiatives. Before this he has worked with firms like Indusion, Native and Confluence for hiring across Insurance, Wealth and Operations domains.
Prior to Executive Search, he was a banker for over a decade and has worked with Citi, Barclays and HSBC. He has done PGDM from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.

He is passionate about giving back to the society and supports charities for children’s education and elderly care.

Priti leads strategic hiring across Financial Services. She started her career with an Executive Search Firm- 3P Consultants. In 2005, she joined ABC Consultants and has been instrumental in building the Financial Services practice.

Currently, she heads Capital Markets vertical and leads a team. She specialises in Leadership hiring across Investment Banking, Broking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments and special situations.

Priti remains passionate about fund raising for animal shelters. She is a CFA society speaker on hiring trends and a diversity hiring specialist across Capital Markets.

Sharbani holds strong expertise in executive search across financial services. Prior to ABC, she was working with Credit Suisse leading hiring for Mumbai. She also help set up the FS desk for a Japanese Executive search Firm. She primarily focuses on leadership searches in Fintech & Professional services.

Sharbani has been instrumental in leadership hiring in the startup eco system and works closely with varied Fintech founders consulting them on the talent roadmap.

She has a post graduate degree in Mass Communication and Marketing , and shuttles between Mumbai and Singapore.
Sharbani is the Vice President for a Not for Profit organization in Singapore deeply involved with community development. She has been actively supporting migrant workers in Singapore and leading varied Upskilling programs for spouses/ partners of convicted criminals. A passionate dancer she has professionally been accoladed for varied performances in her younger days.

Shalu is associated with the Financial Services Vertical and is based out of Mumbai. She joined ABC in July 2018, her second stint with the organisation. She has a total of 18+ years of total experience in senior level searches and leadership hiring across Banking & Financial Services sector. Her core expertise lies in Retail Banking, Private Banking and Insurance sector. She is the Key Account Manager for several Large Financial Institutions and has closed many retained mandates across the insurance vertical. She has been instrumental in ramping up the leadership talent for many clients both in start-up & growth phase.

Prior to ABC, she was working with Talisman Advisors, a selection arm of Transearch India as a Head Recruitment for Banking vertical. Shalu has deep understanding of financial services and she specializes in developing & nurturing long terms clients relationships.

She is a commerce graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis.
