Jhanvi has over 20+ years of work experience and had been with the firm for over 17 years. In her current role, she manages the Building Material and Services verticals, which include Hospitality, Aviation , Travel& Facility Management. Before moving into her current role as national practice head, her forte at ABC has been in the Consumer Retailing and Services practice for Eastern India, which caters to the industry segments of FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail and Services. She was additionally responsible for Media & Entertainment and Telecom vertical. Apart from being responsible for business development, client servicing & delivery, she has also done industry specific surveys like compensation survey, organization restructuring, industry mapping and compensation benchmarking (for top management) for some of her clients. Prior to joining ABC, Jhanvi has worked with TeamLease, Core Careers and Macro Resources.
Jhanvi is a Business Administration graduate with a M.A. in Social Work specialising in Personnel Management &Industrial Relations from D.G.Vaishnav College, University of Madras.
