A leading global consulting firm is expanding its Technology Strategy practice and is hiring senior leaders across levels. These roles offer the opportunity to work on high-impact strategy engagements, lead diverse teams, and partner with CXO-level stakeholders across industries.

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

Client Delivery & Engagement Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategy and transformation engagements.

• Structure complex business problems and develop actionable solutions.

• Manage client expectations, risks, timelines, and overall engagement quality.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and coach multi-functional project teams.

• Oversee resource planning, performance feedback, and capability development.

• Drive recruitment and talent development within the team.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue opportunities within existing and new accounts.

• Develop compelling proposals and value propositions.

• Demonstrate deep industry and solution expertise in client conversations.

Knowledge & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to thought leadership, articles, frameworks, and points of view.

• Support practice development initiatives and internal capability building.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create senior-level presentations.

• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Strong professional network and networking skills.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Experience Requirements by Level

Associate Vice President (AVP)

Experience: 5–7 years
Background: Consulting or Technology Services
Expertise in at least 3 areas:

• Due diligence

• Go-to-Market

• Growth strategy

• Revenue acceleration

• Profitability improvement

• Operations transformation

• Talent supply chain

Vice President (VP)

Experience: 8–12 years
Background: Consulting or Technology Services
Skills:

• Leading large transformation/strategy engagements

• Business development & account growth

• Managing multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong client management and solution design capabilities

Director

Experience: 10+ years post-MBA
Preferred: Tier-1 Indian B-school
Background: Strategy consulting, PE/VC, transaction advisory, CDD, or technology-led strategy
Additional Requirements:

• Strong leadership & executive-level stakeholder management

• Experience driving practice growth and strategic initiatives

• Ability to conceptualize and deliver complex strategic programs
