Lead end-to-end delivery of strategy and transformation engagements.

Structure complex business problems and develop actionable solutions.

Manage client expectations, risks, timelines, and overall engagement quality.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
People Leadership

Lead, mentor, and coach multi-functional project teams.

Oversee resource planning, performance feedback, and capability development.

Drive recruitment and talent development within the team.
Business Development

Identify and pursue opportunities within existing and new accounts.
