Develop the position specifications like KRAs, accountabilities, reporting relationships along with ideal candidate competencies
Develop a talent landscape through our sources, networks and mapping the target industries and companies
Evaluate interested candidates to determine profile match with the role on parameters like technical and personality strengths, limitations, management style, etc
Facilitate the client evaluation procedure by preparing a detailed resume and an evaluation summary
Conduct detailed reference checks on the selected candidate(s) and submit the reports to the client
Prepare a competitive employment offer if requested by the client and present the offer to the candidate
We remain in touch with the selected candidate for 90 days to ensure smooth transition and on-boarding

Sujitha Marnad, based in Mumbai, leads ABC’s Chemical & Allied vertical nationally which is a part of Industrial Practice. Sujitha looks back on 12 years of executive and management search experience, with an intensifying focus on manufacturing business. She worked on key leadership mandates in this sector. Currently in the Industrial vertical she handles clients across Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Lubricants, Paints, Agri and Allied sectors managing a team of consultants.
She started her career with ABC Consultants in 2006, managing critical assignments and client relationship across Engineering, Process and Infrastructure space. Prior to joining Abc , she was with Adroit Consulting handling middle and senior assignments for manufacturing industry.

Vaishali Mayekar-Sontakke is associated with Industrial practice. Vaishali has around 16 years of experience and has been associated with the Executive Search business for around 13 years. She has had extensive experience in handling leadership assignments across industries like Manufacturing and Engineering. She has also set-up the selection business for Gilbert Tweed Associates, which was her last assignment during her tenure with them. Prior to her association with the search industry, she was working with the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) / WHO / Tata Memorial for a cancer project on the Cervical Cancer. Vaishali is a Commerce Graduate and is a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Wellingkar’s Institute of Management Studies.
