Zefrin brings with him nearly 23 years of experience, over 16 of which have been with the Executive Search industry. Zefrin started his career with ABC in 2004, managing the business development, client relationship and delivery of mandates across Energy, Automotive, Engineering, Chemicals, Textiles & Infrastructure space. As a consultant his focus has always been on Top Management Searches. During his tenure, he has worked with a broad range of global clients across various industries and successfully completed assignments across India and Middle East.
Prior to Executive Search, he has 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with firms like Godrej GE Appliances and Larsen & Toubro Limited.
Zefrin is a Production Engineer from Mumbai University.
