Sue Ann is an alumni of the XLRI School of Business, Jamshedpur and has more than 20 years of experience across the media, internet and talent acquisition sectors. At ABC Consultants, she looks after their HR Consulting arm – HR Transformation and Change Management, Independent Reference Checks, Career Transition Services/Outplacement, Diversity and Inclusion Services, Coaching and Training, and related Talent Management services as well as the Marketing function, and shuttles between Mumbai and Paris for work.

Sue previously spent 5 years at First Advantage, a global leader in background screening, where she launched and ran the Consumer and Small Business arm as well as the Screening for Leadership product.

During her tenure at IndiaParenting – India’s largest parenting portal – she launched YippieClubs, India’s first issues and interest-based social networking site for parents.

Sue Ann also spent 7 years at Nimbus Communications as part of the Corporate team and was involved in acquisitions/deals in excess of US$ 1500 million and fundraising activity to the tune of US$150 million.

She holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing from NIIT and has spent 2 years teaching the subject as Faculty. She was a core member and mentor at Take Charge for 6 years, a not-for-profit mentorship program for Youth, and is also certified in Mental Health First Aid for Youth.

Sue Ann is also a staunch advocate for building egalitarian, diverse and safe workplaces in India.

Her tenure at ABC Consultants spans over 8 years, during which she has excelled in managing diverse recruitment projects within the logistics sector.
